Bangladesh Dokan Malik Samity (BDMS) was established in 1996 and obtained the Trade Organization License under Section XLV of the Trade Organization Ordinance, 1961. Bangladesh Dokan Malik Samity (BDMS) was also registered and incorporated as an Association with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh vide no T.O. 06/96 of 1996. From the very beginning Bangladesh Dokan Malik Samity (BDMS) was considering as most important platform and national organization of the entrepreneurs of shop owners of its past history in the Federation of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FBCCI).
